Great pillow and great customer service. I ordered two pillows and two inserts. I only received one insert. I sent an email and I received an email apologizing and a tracking number with my missing insert.
The packaging needs to addressed. Maybe use boxes instead of bags.

The pillow cover is beautiful; however, the location of the zipper needs to be thought out a bit better. At first, I couldn’t find the zipper. When I did, closing the zipper became difficult and it caught on to all the fringes. It would be best to place the zipper in the center like the other pillows I purchased.
