I bought 3 pillows and one insert. Wish I’d bought more inserts because they’re the perfect blend of soft scrunch and still has fullness. The pillows themselves are good quality and look like photos. They were fast getting me my order- I think they shipped same items next day! This was an awesome online experience all around
